Learn how to find your hosting plans and other services, review their details, access cPanel and order new services.
Who is this guide for?
This guide applies exclusively to customers whose hosting is managed on the new Webland platform (WHMCS).
Do you use the System Configurator or Domain Manager? Your hosting is managed on the classic Webland platform. Sign in at classic.webland.ch. The steps below do not apply to that platform.
The relevant platform depends on where your hosting is managed, regardless of how long you have been a Webland customer.
Requirements
Your hosting is managed on the new Webland platform (WHMCS).
You are signed in to the client area on that platform.
Your user has the required permissions to view and manage the relevant services.
1. Open the service overview
You can access your services in two ways:
Through Services in the main menu.
Through the services shortcut on the home page (dashboard).
The service overview lists the products and services associated with your client account on the new platform. You can also check each service’s status here.
2. Open the service details
Find the relevant service in the overview and click View Details.
The management page displays information and available management options for that service. The features shown depend on the product you have ordered and your permissions.
3. Order new services or add-ons
Open Services in the main menu and select the option to order new services or view available add-ons.
Select the desired offer and follow the on-screen ordering steps. Review the features, prices and contract terms before completing your order.
4. Sign in to cPanel
If your hosting plan includes cPanel:
Open the service overview.
Find your hosting plan and select View Details.
Click the available option to sign in to cPanel.
If the cPanel sign-in option is already displayed in the service overview, you can also access it directly from there.
Frequently asked questions and troubleshooting
I cannot find my hosting plan or services.
First, check which platform manages your hosting:
Classic platform with System Configurator or Domain Manager: Sign in at classic.webland.ch. Hosting plans managed there are not displayed in the new platform’s service overview.
New platform (WHMCS): Make sure you are signed in to the correct client account and that your user has the required access permissions.
If the service is still missing, contact our support team and include the affected domain or your customer number.
I cannot access cPanel.
Open the service details and check that your hosting plan includes cPanel and that the service is active.
If the sign-in option is missing or an error appears, contact our support team. Include the affected domain and the error message displayed.
I cannot find the service details.
Open the service overview and click View Details next to the relevant service. If the option is unavailable, ask the account owner to check your permissions.
