This article explains how to update your registered contact address on the previous Webland platform (Classic).
Who is this guide for?
This guide applies exclusively to customers who manage their domains through the Domain Manager on the previous Webland platform (Classic).
You can access the platform at classic.webland.ch.
Are you already using the new Webland platform (WHMCS)? Please log in through the new Webland website. The following steps do not apply to the new platform.
Requirements
You have access to the previous Webland Domain Manager.
You know your existing login credentials.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to the Domain Manager
Open the Domain Manager and log in using your existing credentials.
2. Edit your contact address
After logging in, click Edit Contact (Kontakt bearbeiten).
Here, you can view your registered contact details and make the necessary changes.
Note: You can also change your Domain Manager login password in this section.
3. Save your changes
Once you have updated your contact details, click Apply Changes (Änderungen ausführen) to save your updates.
Good to Know
Make sure your registered contact details are always accurate and up to date.
Remember to click Apply Changes to save your updates.
Once saved, your contact details will be updated in the Domain Manager.
