Do you want to contact Webland regarding your domain or submit a request that requires confirmation of your authorisation?
You can send an authenticated message directly to Webland through the Domain Manager.
Because you log in using your personal Contact ID and password, your message can be associated with your Domain Manager contact.
Who is this guide for?
This guide applies exclusively to customers who manage their domains through the Domain Manager on the previous Webland platform (Classic).
You can access it here:
Are you already using the new Webland platform (WHMCS)? Then log in via the new Webland website. The following steps do not apply to the new platform.
What Is an Authenticated Message?
An authenticated message is a message submitted to Webland through your logged-in Domain Manager account.
By logging in with your personal credentials, Webland can associate the message with the corresponding Domain Manager contact.
This function is particularly useful for:
Requests related to domain management.
Enquiries about existing domain registrations.
Requests that require authenticated authorisation.
Changes or enquiries concerning your Domain Manager contact.
Important: An authenticated message allows your request to be associated with your logged-in contact. Depending on the request, additional verification or information may be required before an action can be completed.
Requirements
To send an authenticated message, you need:
An existing account on the previous Webland Domain Manager (Classic).
Your Contact ID (WL-ID).
Your personal Domain Manager password.
The necessary authorisation for the request.
Where can I find my Contact ID?
You can find your Contact ID on your domain invoice, for example.
It begins with WL and contains seven digits.
Example: WL-1234567
Note: Your Contact ID is not the same as your hosting customer number. Use your WL Contact ID to log in to the Domain Manager.
