System Configurator: Send an Authenticated Message

How can I send an authenticated message via the System Configurator?

Here you will learn how to send an authenticated message to Webland Support through the System Configurator on the previous Webland platform (Classic).

Who does this guide apply to?

This guide applies exclusively to customers who manage their hosting through the System Configurator on the previous Webland platform (Classic).

You can access it at classic.webland.ch. Use your existing login credentials.

Are you already using the new Webland platform (WHMCS)? If so, log in via the new Webland website. The following steps do not apply to the new platform.

Requirements

  • You have a customer account on the previous Webland platform (Classic).

  • You have your 5-digit customer number and customer password.

  • You are logged in to the System Configurator.

1. Open the System Configurator

  1. Select System Configurator.

  2. Enter your 5-digit customer number and customer password.

  3. Log in using your credentials.

After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the System Configurator, where you can manage your account settings.

2. Send an authenticated message

An authenticated message allows you to contact Webland Support directly through your customer account. Since you have already logged in using your credentials, your request can be linked to your customer account.

  1. In the System Configurator, open the "Customer Account" menu.

  2. Click "Send Authenticated Message".

  3. Write your message and describe your request as clearly and precisely as possible.

  4. Submit your message using the designated function.

Your request will then be forwarded to Webland Support.
