Authenticated Message

How can you send an authenticated message from the Domain Manager?

If you’d like to send us an authenticated message, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Domain Manager

Log in to the Domain Manager using your Contact ID and password.

Note: Your Contact ID starts with “WL” and consists of 7 digits (e.g. WL1234567). You can find it on your domain invoice.

2. Send Message

  • After logging in, select “Send Message”.

  • Enter your request in the message field.

  • Then click “Send Message” to submit your message to us.

Once we receive your authenticated message, your request will be processed and confirmed promptly.
