How do I transfer my domain to a different domain holder?

Updated over a week ago

Assigning a new domain holder cannot be done online – it must be requested in writing.

Please send us an authenticated message via the Domain Manager.


Here’s how to proceed

  1. Open the Login Page
    Go to our login page.

  2. Log in to the Domain Manager
    Enter your contact ID and password, then click Login.

  3. Send a Message
    Select the option Send Message.

  4. Provide Transfer Details
    In your message, please include:

    • which domain(s) should be transferred, and

    • to which new domain holder (including full contact details).


Once we receive your message, we’ll review the information and process the change of holder according to our guidelines.
