In most cases, it’s not necessary to change your registrar.
If you only want to update your provider’s nameservers, simply log in to the Domain Manager and enter the new nameserver details there.
If you still wish to transfer your domain to another registrar, we’ll be happy to assist you.
Here’s how to proceed:
Log in to the Domain Manager using your domain owner credentials.
Send us a message via Send Message and let us know which domain(s) you would like to transfer.
Once we receive your request, we’ll review the domains.
Important: The transfer can only be completed if there are no outstanding invoices.
After verification, we’ll send the transfer code (Auth-Code) to your registered contact email address.
If you no longer have your Contact ID or the Domain Owner Password, you can easily request them again on the Domain Manager login page.
