If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it via the Domain Manager login page.
1. Access the Domain Manager
Open the Domain Manager login page.
Select “Domain Manager”.
2. Reset your password
Enter your Contact ID, which starts with “WL” and consists of 7 digits (e.g. WL1234567). You can find it on your domain invoice.
Click “Forgot Password”.
Enter the displayed security code.
Then click “Send Reset Link”.
3. Create a new password
Follow the link in the email you receive from us.
Set your new password and save it.
