How do I get a new password to the Domain Manager?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it via the Domain Manager login page.

1. Access the Domain Manager

  • Open the Domain Manager login page.

  • Select “Domain Manager”.

2. Reset your password

  • Enter your Contact ID, which starts with “WL” and consists of 7 digits (e.g. WL1234567). You can find it on your domain invoice.

  • Click “Forgot Password”.

  • Enter the displayed security code.

  • Then click “Send Reset Link”.

3. Create a new password

  • Follow the link in the email you receive from us.

  • Set your new password and save it.
