Request a new password
Open our login page.
Select System Configurator and enter your customer number (you can find it e.g. on your Webland invoice).
Click on "Forgot password".
Enter the displayed security code.
Click on "Send reset link".
Reset password
Shortly after, you will receive a message with a reset link at your stored contact e-mail address.
Using this link, you can directly create a new password for the System Configurator and use it together with your customer number.
Tip
Make sure your contact e-mail address in the customer data is always up to date.
Only then can you easily request a new password at any time.
