How to change your password
Log in with your customer number and password in the System Configurator.
In the main menu, select Hosting / E-Mail Management.
Click on Manage for the desired domain.
Go to E-Mail / CloudOffice → E-Mail / CloudOffice Accounts.
Click on the arrow to the left of the desired e-mail account to expand it.
Enter your new password in the left field and confirm it in the right field.
Click on Save – done! Your new password is now active immediately.

To avoid login errors, please follow these rules when choosing your password:
Supported special characters
You can safely use these characters in your password:
+ , " * % & / ( ) = ? @ # ! ~ ^ > _ , . - ; : { } [ ] $
Not supported special characters
Do not use these characters, as they may cause problems:
° ç | ¬ ¤ ´ ` § € £
Not supported umlauts
These characters are not allowed either:
ö ü à è ê
Tip
Use a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Change your password regularly to best protect your account.
