Is your mailbox full, or do you need more storage space?
No problem – you can easily adjust the mailbox size in the System Configurator.
Here’s how
Log in to the System Configurator with your customer number and password.
Select Hosting / E-Mail Management and click on the desired hosting.
Go to the tab E-Mail / CloudOffice → E-Mail / CloudOffice Accounts.
Here you will see the currently assigned and the available storage.
4. Click on the arrow to the left of the desired account.
5. Under Mailbox Size, you will see the used and assigned storage space.
Increase the storage if needed by moving the slider to the right with your mouse.
Then click on Save.

If you don’t have enough storage available, you can add a CloudOffice account at any time:
CloudOffice Personal: 25 GB
CloudOffice Team: 50 GB
CloudOffice Team Pro: 1 TB
