After completing your hosting, you will receive an access confirmation by e-mail.
There you will find your customer number as well as other important information you need for the login.
Login options
When logging into the System Configurator, you have two options available:
Login with Domain
Access exclusively to the respective hosting.
Login with Customer Number
Access to all your hostings.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your customer password, you can easily reset your customer number.
Here’s how it works:
Enter your customer number or your domain.
Click on "Forgot password".
Enter the displayed security code.
You will receive a reset link to your stored e-mail address.
Important: Also check the spam folder if you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox.
Done, now you can log in again in the System Configurator.
