Who does this guide apply to?
This guide applies exclusively to customers who manage their hosting through the System Configurator on the previous Webland platform (Classic).
You can access it at classic.webland.ch.
Are you already using the new Webland platform (WHMCS)? If so, log in via the new Webland website. The following steps do not apply to the new platform.
Requirements
You have a hosting plan on the previous Webland platform (Classic).
You know your customer number and customer password.
You need at least the Hosting Business Basic plan to use Full Trust Level.
If you are using a lower-tier hosting plan, an upgrade is required.
1. What is Full Trust Level?
Full Trust Level allows your .NET web applications to use extended permissions within their hosting environment.
This feature is available starting from the Hosting Business Basic plan, as it provides a dedicated, isolated Application Pool.
This gives you greater flexibility when running your web applications.
Important: Full Trust Level is not available with lower-tier hosting plans. To use this feature, you need at least the Hosting Business Basic plan.
2. Log in to the System Configurator
Open the Classic login page.
Select System Configurator.
Log in using your customer number and customer password.
Select the "Customer Account" menu.
Click "Manage Contracts / Subscriptions".
3. Upgrade your hosting plan
Under "Manage Contracts / Subscriptions", select the hosting plan for which you need Full Trust Level.
Click "Manage" next to the corresponding hosting plan.
Select the "Upgrade Plan" option.
Choose at least the Hosting Business Basic plan.
Review the displayed terms and conditions and confirm the change.
Once your hosting has been successfully upgraded to Hosting Business Basic, it meets the requirements for using Full Trust Level.
Important: Upgrading may change your hosting costs. Therefore, review the prices and terms of the new plan before confirming.

What is Full Trust Level?
Full Trust Level is a permission level for .NET web applications that allows extended access rights within the hosting environment.
Which hosting plan supports Full Trust Level?
Full Trust Level is available starting from the Hosting Business Basic plan. This plan provides a dedicated, isolated Application Pool.
Can I use Full Trust Level with a lower-tier hosting plan?
No. You need at least the Hosting Business Basic plan. If you are currently using a lower-tier plan, you must upgrade your hosting accordingly.
What is an Application Pool?
An Application Pool is a separate execution environment for web applications on a Windows web server. A dedicated, isolated Application Pool allows your web applications to run independently of other applications.
I cannot find the "Upgrade Plan" option.
Make sure you have selected your hosting plan under "Customer Account" → "Manage Contracts / Subscriptions". If the option is not displayed, please contact our support team.
Will upgrading result in additional costs?
Upgrading to Hosting Business Basic may result in higher hosting costs. The relevant prices and terms will be displayed during the upgrade process.
I already have Hosting Business Basic, but I cannot use Full Trust Level.
