Step-by-step guide
Log in with your customer number and your customer password in the System Configurator.
Select the menu Customer Account.
Click on Manage contracts / subscriptions.
Select your current hosting and click on Manage.
Then click on Upgrade plan and follow the instructions.
Tip
An upgrade is especially worthwhile if you need more storage space, additional databases, or better performance.
The change usually takes effect immediately after your confirmation.
