No problem – Webland creates multiple daily backups of your data, which we can restore for you if needed.
Important Notes
A restoration is subject to a fee and will be charged based on the effort required.
Cost: CHF 180.– per hour
Estimated effort: approx. 30 minutes
Note: If your e-mails were retrieved via POP3, it is possible that no mails were present on the server at the time of the backup.
How to Request a Backup
To have a backup restored, please send us an authenticated message via the System Configurator:
Log in to the System Configurator with your customer number and password.
Select Customer Account.
Click on Send authenticated message.

Information We Need
To ensure we can restore your backup quickly and correctly, please provide the following details:
Date and time of the desired backup
the affected e-mail account
optional: the affected folder (e.g. Inbox, Sent)
Result
After your request, we will restore the requested data from the backup and notify you as soon as the restoration has been completed..
