To make sure your important data (calendar, tasks, notes, contacts) is not lost, we recommend performing a local backup regularly. With WebAccess, you can easily export your GroupWare data and re-import it if needed.
Backup GroupWare Data
Here’s how to back up your data manually:
Log in to WebAccess with your e-mail account and password.
In the top right menu bar, click on your profile/passport symbol and select Settings.
In the menu, go to the tab Import/Export → GroupWare.
Click on Export and save the generated .xml file locally on your device.
Restore GroupWare Data
Here’s how to restore your previously saved data:
Log in to WebAccess with your e-mail account and password.
In the top right menu bar, click on your profile/passport symbol and go to Settings.
Select the tab Import/Export → GroupWare.
Click on Import, choose your previously saved .xml file, and start the import.
Important Note
Depending on the number of entries, the export or import may take some time.
Do not cancel the process – wait until your browser confirms the successful export/import.
