The ASP .NET Framework is available in different versions for each hosting. You can define the version for the ASP .NET Framework version for the entire hosting or a single (virtual) directory.
You can make these settings in the System Configurator under the item Web Server -> Programming ASP .NET. You can find further help in the System Configurator manual.
