Here you will learn how to change the used ASP .NET Framework version for your hosting – either for your entire hosting or only for a single virtual directory.
Change ASP .NET Version in the System Configurator
Log in with your customer number and customer password in the System Configurator.
Navigate to:
Webserver > Programming > ASP .NET
Select the desired ASP .NET version and save the setting.
Use Virtual Directories
If you want to use a different version of the ASP .NET Framework for a specific directory:
Select the option “Add virtual directory” under your domain.
Create or select the appropriate directory.
Then select the desired ASP .NET version.
Important Notes
Changes usually become active within a few minutes.
Make sure your applications are compatible with the chosen version before switching.
If problems occur after switching, you can return to the previous version at any time.
