The “Contact Form” element in Basekit Designer allows you to create a form on your website through which visitors can contact you directly. It offers a variety of settings to customize the form to your needs and enhance the user experience.

Settings and Features:

  • Form Name: The name of the form, internally called “Contact Form,” for easier management and identification.

  • Email: The email address where form submissions will be sent (e.g., [email protected]).

  • Subject: The default subject of the email sent when the form is submitted (e.g., “Subject”).

  • Success Page: Default redirect to a success page after submitting the form.

  • URL: Custom URL where the visitor will be redirected after submitting the form (e.g., https://www.domainname.com).

  • Form Title: The title displayed above the form (e.g., “Contact Us”).

  • Submit Button – Text: The text displayed on the submit button (e.g., “Send”).

  • Email Field: Field for the user to enter their email address.

  • Email Placeholder: Example text displayed in the email input field (e.g., “Enter your email”).

  • Message: Input field for the user to leave a message.

  • Marketing Consent: Optional field for the user to agree to receive marketing communications.

  • Marketing Consent Text: Short text describing the purpose of the consent (e.g., “I agree to receive marketing communications”).
